Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu is arriving in Dhaka on Tuesday for a two-day visit. He wants to strengthen trade and investment to further the relations as well as discuss bilateral and regional issues.
Diplomatic sources say Turkey’s Foreign Minister may hold a meeting with Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen. On the same day, they are scheduled to attend the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed Turkish Embassy building in the diplomatic zone in Dhaka.
It is to be mentioned that Foreign Minister Abdul Momen visited Turkey last September. At that time, he attended the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed building of the Bangladesh Embassy in Ankara.
